Will the figurine be a 100% exact photo-realistic replica?
We focus on creating a timeless, durable sculptural keepsake rather than a mechanical photocopy. To ensure structural stability and longevity, extremely fine or fluffy fur will be artistically stylized. We capture your pet's true spirit, pose, and signature markings, transforming them into a beautiful, handcrafted piece of art designed to last a lifetime.
Are the figurines actually hand-painted?
Yes! After the 3D high-precision resin printing process, our studio artists meticulously hand-paint every detail to bring your pet’s unique personality to life.
How should I choose the photos to upload?
Please upload clear, well-lit photos. Most importantly, make sure yourFIRST photoshows the exact pose you want for the figurine. We will base the 3D model's posture on this main photo, and use the remaining photos as references for their coat colors and details.
What sizes are available and how should I choose?
We offer six thoughtfully designed sizes. Here is a quick guide to help you decide:
- 3" - 4" (Pocket & Classic): Perfect subtle keepsakes for your nightstand or office desk.
- 5" - 6" (Standard & Premium): Great for display shelves or living room mantels, offering a beautiful balance of detail and presence.
- 7" - 7.8" (Showcase & Masterpiece): True statement pieces with breathtaking details, perfect for a dedicated memorial corner.
What happens after I place my order?
Just keep an eye on your email! Once the hand-painting is complete, we will send you photos of the finished piece for your preview. If you feel any colors need adjusting, we will gladly make minor touch-ups at this stage to ensure it’s perfect before shipping.
What exactly does my order include?
Your order covers the entire bespoke process: custom 3D digital modeling based on your photos, high-precision resin printing, support removal, meticulous hand-painting, an email photo preview, a transparent protective coating, and premium protective shipping packaging.
Can I preview the finished piece before it ships?
Yes! We will email you photos of your finished, hand-painted figurine. You have24 hoursto review it. If we don't hear from you within 24 hours, we will assume it looks perfect and ship it immediately so you can receive it faster!
What if I want to make changes to the preview?
We want you to be completely happy! Your order includes up to3 free color revisions(Please note: the physical pose cannot be changed at this stage). If, after 3 color adjustments, you are still not satisfied, we will cancel your order and issue a full refund. We only ship when you are happy (or if the 24h review window passes).
How can I ensure the best possible result?
Providing high-quality, multi-angle photos is key! Clear shots of their face, body shape, and distinct markings work best. If a specific detail isn't clearly visible, our experienced artists will use their best judgment to create a beautiful and harmonious result.

What about shipping costs and damage protection?
Shipping is 100% free because we believe in providing a smooth, worry-free experience. Every piece is carefully packed with professional-grade protection. In the rare event of severe shipping damage or obvious color defects upon arrival, we will gladly craft and send a free replacement. Your peace of mind is our priority.
How long will it take to receive my product?
Since each piece is made from scratch, crafting typically takes9-12 business days(depending on artist scheduling and complexity). International shipping takes7-12 business days. You can expect your custom sculpture to arrive in approximately16-24 business daysafter placing the order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and PayPal through our highly secure checkout system.

What is your refund policy?
We offer a risk-free preview process! Before shipping, we will email you photos of the finished piece for your approval. If you are not satisfied after our allowed color revisions, we will provide a full, no-questions-asked refund. However,once you approve the photos (or the 24-hour window passes) and the item has shipped, all sales are finaldue to the custom nature of the art and the shipping costs already incurred.
Can I get a refund if I don't like it after receiving it?
Please keep a close eye on your email for the preview photos! We only pack and ship after your approval (or after the 24h window). Because we ensure you are happybeforeit leaves our studio, we cannot offer full refunds once the custom item is shipped. Thank you for your understanding and for supporting our artists!
