- Approve your photo preview — we’ll email you photos of the finished piece; nothing ships until you approve it.

- Crafting: 9-12 business days (depending on artist scheduling and detail complexity).
- Shipping: 7-12 business days worldwide.
- Total Delivery Time: Please expect your custom piece to arrive in approximately 16–24 business days after placing the order.
Cancellations & Returns：
Because this is a 100% personalized art piece made just for you, all sales are final once the item has shipped.

- We will send you the final preview images after completion of production. Once the final photos are approved (or the 24-hour review window passes) and the package leaves our studio, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

To help our artists capture the true spirit of your pet, please follow these simple tips:
- The Main Pose (Photo 1): Make sure the first photo you upload shows the posture you want for the sculpture. We will base the 3D model on this image.
- The Details (Photos 2-5): Upload additional angles showing their face, tail, and body markings.
- Lighting Matters: Natural lighting is best. Avoid overly dark or blurry screenshots so we can match their true fur colors.
